This page describes what Projext NeXt collects on this website and what happens to that information. It reflects the site as it works today.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are validated on the server and delivered by email to Projext NeXt. Nothing is written to a database. There is no user account system, no login, and no persistent server-side storage of submissions.
Information collected
Application form (/apply)
Name, email, phone, date of birth, selected qualifications, optional message, and — for applicants under 18 — guardian name, email, phone, and consent.
Vehicle donation form (/donate-a-vehicle)
Name, email, phone, vehicle details, and location.
Vehicle repair form (/repair-a-vehicle)
Name, email, phone, vehicle details, location, work requested, and optional insurance claim information.
Contact form (/contact)
Name, email, optional phone, subject, and message.
Date of birth is collected solely to determine whether guardian consent is required.
Information from minors
Applicants under 18 require guardian consent. Guardian contact details are collected for that purpose. A guardian may request deletion of their child's information by contacting Projext NeXt through the contact form.
Rate limiting
IP addresses are held in memory briefly for rate limiting and are not stored or logged.
Tracking and third parties
This site does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party scripts. If that changes later, this page will change with it.
Email delivery is handled by Resend as a processor.
Nothing submitted through this site is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use.
Access and deletion requests
To request access to or deletion of information you have submitted, use the contact form.
